GFW metal wire mesh is also known as GFW stainless steel wire mesh , GFW plain wire mesh, GFW square mesh, GFW stainless steel crimped mesh, metal mesh, screen mesh, flat mesh, square mesh, etc.
GFW wire mesh is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, fertilizer, pesticide, mining, coal, medicine, rubber, telecommunications, light industry, textile, construction, food and other industrial fields. It is used as catalytic catalyst filler, filtering and screening various powders, Liquids and gases, etc.
1. Weaving method: It can be divided into plain weave, twill weave, satin weave square hole, rectangular hole and metal square hole screen weaving forms such as mat type, herringbone and multi-strand synthesis.
2. Mesh density
: Square holes and rectangular holes: 1 mesh per inch to 400 mesh per inch.
Net aperture: 23.8 mm to 0.038mm.
Sheet type: 4/51 to 160/1800 mesh per inch.
3. Wire diameter range: Φ0.0254 mm ~ Φ4 mm
4. Width range: 1-6 meters wide
5. Domestic standard: GB/T5330-2003 (replacing the original national standard GB5330-85)
GFW wire mesh is suitable for screening solid particles and liquids , Wire mesh woven square hole screen for filtration of gaseous substances and other industrial purposes. This standard refers to the international standard ISO4783/2-1981 "Selection Guide for Combination of Industrial Screen Mesh and Metal Woven Screen Cloth, Mesh Mesh Size and Metal Wire Diameter". The basic mesh size is 16.0~0.025mm.

stands for: G—Industrial (work) F—Square hole 1-3—Accuracy level W—Screen (mesh)
specifications: expressed by the basic size of the mesh and the diameter of the wire.
Accuracy level: Level 1 accuracy - high accuracy Level 2 accuracy - higher accuracy Level 3 accuracy - normal accuracy
Marking: Indicated by model, specification, weaving form and number of this standard.
Example: The industrial metal wire plain weave square hole with level 1 precision is marked: GF1W 1.00/0.355 (plain weave) GB 5330-85
