The gas-liquid filter is also called the gas-liquid net, gas-liquid filter, foam breaking net, foam removal net, foam catching net, and gas-liquid filter. It is a wire mesh woven in a crochet weaving manner. The commonly used stainless steel wire has a diameter between 0.10mm and 0.30mm.

Commonly used gas-liquid filter materials: stainless steel wire AISI201, 202, 301, 302, 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, pure nickel wire, pure titanium wire, monel, galvanized wire, modified drawn wire, stainless steel wire and cotton thread or plastic, PP, PC, PE, PVC, PTFE.

Network width: 10mm, 20mm, 40mm, 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 300mm, 400mm, 450, 500mm, 550mm, 600mm, 750mm;

Mesh size: 2*2mm, 2*4mm, 4*5mm, 7*12mm and other hole types. The woven mesh surface is pressed with 20~45 degree bevel and 4~7mm deep corrugations.

Application: Defoaming, gas-liquid separation, gas-water separation, oil-gas separation in mechanical equipment in distillation, evaporation, absorption and other processes in petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, medicine, metallurgy, aerospace, shipbuilding, environmental protection engineering. It is placed in the tower body to make a defoamer to break bubbles and restore them to droplets to ensure the efficiency of mass transfer, reduce the loss of valuable materials, reduce the volume of the tower body or container, and improve the working conditions of the equipment.
